Inpatient Rehabilitation

Intensity: Highest30–90 days

24/7 residential care in a structured, supportive environment. Patients live at the facility and receive intensive therapy, medical supervision, and education. Best for severe addictions, co-occurring disorders, or unstable home environments.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

Intensity: High2–6 weeks

Intensive daytime treatment while living at home or in a sober living facility. Typically 5–6 days per week, 6–8 hours per day. A step down from inpatient or an alternative for those who need intensity but not 24/7 residency.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Intensity: Moderate8–12 weeks

Structured treatment 3–5 days per week, 3–4 hours per session. Allows patients to maintain work, school, or family obligations while receiving substantial support. Often a step down from PHP.

Outpatient Program (OP)

Sober Living Homes

Intensity: Supportive3–12 months

Structured, substance-free housing for individuals in recovery. Provides a supportive community and accountability while transitioning back to independent living.

Aftercare & Alumni
