Privacy policy

Your privacy matters, especially here. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Last updated October 8, 2026

What we collect

  • What you tell us by phone, text, email or our forms: your name, phone number, email, insurance details and information about your situation or a loved one’s.
  • Basic technical data when you visit our website, such as your browser type and the pages you view, collected through privacy-respecting analytics.

How we use it

  • To respond to you and help you find treatment options
  • To check your insurance benefits, when you ask us to
  • To share your information with a treatment provider, only with your permission
  • To improve our website and service

When we share it

We don’t sell your information. We share it only when you ask us to (for example, with a treatment program you choose), with service providers who help us operate under confidentiality agreements, or when the law requires it, such as an emergency where someone’s life is in danger.

Advertising and tracking

We don’t use the information you share about your health for advertising, and we don’t send it to advertising or social media platforms.

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use this website, such as which pages they visit and how they found us. It uses cookies and collects information about your device and visit. We’ve turned off its advertising features, and it never receives anything you type into our forms or the photos you add. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on.

How we protect it

We use encryption in transit, access controls and secure systems to protect your information, and we keep it only as long as we need it to help you or as required by law.

Insurance card photos. If you add a photo of your insurance card to a form, we use it only to check your benefits. It travels over an encrypted connection, and the website’s copy is deleted automatically after 90 days.

Your choices

  • You can contact us anonymously.
  • You can ask us to update or delete your information.
  • You can opt out of follow-up texts by replying STOP, or by telling us.
